NOTICE NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT 2019
We, Woza Nawe Development Planners, on behalf of the registered owners of the properties mentioned hereunder, have lodged the following land development applications in terms of the City of Mbombela By-Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management 2019:
AM/26/00420 for the rezoning of Erf 319 Sonheuwel Township, from `Residential` to `Institutional` to allow for a place of education (training centre), restricted to 10 students and a 1-bedroom manager cottage on the property. The application property is located at 12 De Kock Street, Sonheuwel Township;
AM/25/00399 & SD/25/00042 for the rezoning of the Remainder of Holding 1 White River Estate Agricultural Holdings, from `Agriculture` to `Rural Residential` and `Agriculture to allow for the subdivision of the property into 5 portions, as well as land use rights on the `Agricultural` portion for a borehole drilling concern. The application property is located 500m directly south of White River, adjacent to the west of St. Andrews Road;
