Phiwa repeats his winning run at Quins AC
Due to the darker evenings during winter, all runners are urged to wear light clothing and/or reflective belts whilst out on the roads.

HARLEQUINS Harriers Athletics Club time trial results from Wednesday, 12 July
4.7km (up run): Phiwa Nkosi 15.33, Donovan Lelong 22.10, Connor Young 22.14, Gareth Hornby 22.20, Andrea Battaglia 22.41, Chris Smith 22.45.
Due to the earlier onset of evenings in winter, all runners are urged to wear light clothing and reflective belts while out on the roads. See and be seen, and stay safe.
A limited number of 2017 licences are still available. Call Judy Conlin on 083-603-2877 to purchase a licence. The club welcomes the support.
All are welcome at time trials, which are held every Wednesday evening at 5.45pm, starting at Bluff National Golf Club in Club Drive.
