YWP trailists enjoy night trail run
LAST week's Yellowwood Park Athletics Club time trial run was a night trail run which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Special thanks go to Martin Birtwhistle for designing and marking out a tough, yet fun course which ensured no-one got lost.
Time trial results from Wednesday, 19 July:
3km run: Fred Schoon 23.15.
3km walk: Choekie 27.02, Stephen Conway 28.07, Jenny Sutton 35.13, Sue Knight 35.13.
5km run: Mark Hugo 27.41, Garth Hancock 28.16, Mike Sutton 29.07, Martin (The Broom) Birtwhistle 40.14.
