The club congratulates Wiseman Mthembu on winning the 10km on Sunday. The club’s 10km club run is held from Fynnlands Combined Sports Club on Tuesdays, and time trials take place at 5.45pm on Thursdays. Remember to wear light-coloured clothing, reflective vests or lights to ensure maximum visibility as it gets dark earlier in the evenings. All are welcome.
