On Saturday the senior singles will be played all those over 60’s wanting to play need to be at the club before 12.45pm
AT Bluff Bowling Club, several competitions were contested last week.
In the women’s point singles Daphne Reinhardt beat Janice Rodgers and in the men’s nominated pairs Spider Williams and Hilton Lassak beat Gary Moffat and Deon Els.
On Sunday the Bluff any pairs sponsored by Dudley and Brian was played. First session went to Elize Stapelberg and Phyllis Maritz, second session to Eddie Human and Dudley Dorrofield and overall winners were Spider Williams and Hilton Lassak. The liquor sponsored by Al Fresco Coffee Bar was won by June Foster and Ron Hill and the board winner was Spider Williams.
Friday night’s Lotto was not won, the attendance draw was won by Wayne Smith and the joker draw was won by Noel Morel. However, as he could not find the joker the pool now becomes R3,300.
This Saturday, 26 August, the senior singles will be played. All those over 60s wanting to play need to be at the club before 12.45pm which is when the draw is being done. There are two women’s pairs competitions posted so check the board to see if you are playing.
