Bluff BC gears up for PN pairs

On Saturday the womens semi-final of the point singles will be played

BLUFF Bowling Club’s men’s senior singles was played on Saturday, with Dave le Roux beating Jorge Santos, Dudley Dorrofield beat Grenville Warren, Steve Baker beat Noel Morel and Eddie Human beat Kurt Spack.

In a second round match the only young over 60 left in the competition Dave Le Roux managed to beat Dudley Dorrofield 21-19.

On Friday night the attendance draw was won by Kitty Schaefer who was not there to collect her winnings, the lotto was also not won so both prizes are carried over to this week.

On Saturday the women’s point singles semi-final will be played and there are also men’s drawn trips carded so members are to check the board to see if they are playing.

Sunday sees the start of the Port Natal pairs played at many different clubs. Members are urged to note that the last call is 8.15amas play starts at 8.30am.

On Sunday, 10 September is the Diving Bell any pairs. All players are welcome. Contact Dudley Dorrofield to enter.
