Bluff runners dominate Quins time trials
HARLEQUINS Harriers Athletics Club time trial results from Wednesday, 1 November.
4.7km: (down run): Shanna Wood 27.54, Greg Ferguson 27.54, Daniel Human 27.54.
All runners are taking it easy after running the Sapphire Coast 21/42km marathon last Sunday, 29 October.
Well done to all the Comrades qualifiers.
Runners are asked to note there will be no time keeper at the club on Wednesday, 8 November, so they are urged to record their own times and hand them in the following week.
Summer is here and the evenings are lighter but all runners are still urged to wear light clothing and reflective belts while out on the roads. See and be seen, and stay safe.

Time trials are held every Wednesday evening at 5.45pm, starting at Bluff National Golf Club in Club Drive. All are welcome.
