Hiking adventures take Ramblers out west, north
This is a redesigned version of a hike which has not been done for several years
DURBAN Ramblers Hiking Club’s next outing is to Infinite Adventures in Botha’s Hill on Saturday, 18 August.Call hike leader Werner on 084-206-7836 for details about this grade three, strenuous 9km hike on the Park Run trails, up the grassy hill towards Phezulu.
This hike will offer beautiful views of the Valley of 1,000 Hills. A R20 donation is payable. Hikers should meet at 1.30pm at the Pot and Kettle in Botha’s Hill, to proceed to Infinite Adventures in Wotton Avenue for the hike to start at 2pm.On Sunday, 19 August, hikers will venture out to Mount Moreland and surrounds. Call hike leader Jenny on 084-952-0622 about this grade two to three 15km hike.
This is a redesigned version of a hike which has not been done for several years. It will start at Mount Moreland through to La Mercy and does not include any beach hiking. BYO for after the hike.
