A stronger Sundowns is on the horizon – Mosimane

Pitso Mosimane is certain that a better looking Mamelodi Sundowns side is on the horizon after finally securing the services of his long-time target Jeremy Brockie from SuperSport United on Monday.

Brockie becomes Sundowns second marquee signing following the arrival of midfield wizard Aubrey Ngoma who joined from Cape Town City.

“We will be a different and a much stronger team than this. But the team that we have now is strong enough to win the league even though it is not consistent. But who is consistent? Show me a team that is consistent,” said Mosimane.

Mosimane says his side’s 3-1 loss to Orlando has set them back on their schedule.

“We are six points behind from where we are supposed to be but we will get there,” he said.

“We have a lot of injuries. In four weeks’ time we will have a better team with Bangaly Soumahoro and Aubrey Ngoma back and with the other two acquisitions that are guaranteed. We will be stronger, we are just being held back by injuries,” commented the former Bafana Bafana coach.
