Defender pleads guilty for slapping opponent
Zimbabwean defender Samuel Phiri has pleaded guilty to violent conduct during a game.
Phiri slapped Township Rollers’ Edwin Moalosi for calling him a ‘kwerekwere’ [a derogatory name for a foreigner].
The defender was suspended along with Tafic coach Rapelang Tsatsilebe and two Township Rollers players.
