Katza chasing Caf-A coaching license

By Phakaaathi Reporter

The former Matsatsantsa captain has been coaching since 2013 and says the course has been a great experience for him as he aims to be a competent coach.

“This has been an eye-opening experience for me and I want to take as much from this as possible because my next mission is to become a competent coach. I have been coaching since 2013 and have learnt that in coaching, one must have an open mind and learn a lot through these SAFA-CAF courses,” Katza told the Safa website.

Former players Ashley Makhanya, Mandla Zwane, Mohamed Bhamjee and Duncan Lechesa are some of the ex-professional footballers that are looking to get their Caf-A license badge, as well as former Banyana Banyana players Martha “Sprinter” Malaku and Lucinda Bowers.

The course started last week Friday and will end this coming Sunday.
