Milton Dlamini is currently Platinum Stars’ assistant coach, but a Phakaaathi source says De Sa wants to bring his own man to assist him.

“It is the norm in football where the new coach wants to bring his own technical team. The assistant coach job is very important, so as a coach you want to have someone you can trust and whom you believe will help you with the project and I think that’s the reason why Roger wants to have his own assistant,” said the source.

“I hear he wants to bring in Vladislav Heric or Craig Rosslee. The club wants him to continue with Milton, but they’ll have to accede to his request because they want to give Roger all the support he needs,” added the source.

Dikwena are currently languishing at the bottom of the log, having lost all three opening matches of the 2017/18 season.

Their next league game is against Golden Arrows at home next Wednesday.
