Tug-of-war over Maritzburg United star’s services
Maritzburg United midfielder Lebohang Maboe is said to have attracted a club in Johannesburg, a source close to the player has revealed.

According to the source, the club after the signature of the Team of Choice midfielder are desperate to have him on their books, but they are unlikely to secure his services with the club willing to do anything in their power to keep him.
“I don’t want to reveal the name of the club because it might cause damage to Maritzburg’s relationship with that club. I don’t think they have already approached the club and that is why the boy (Maboe) is quiet about the whole thing. He knows his club still needs his services and he can only leave if they agree to let him go,” said the source.
