TV show the catalyst in Zulu’s sacking by Sundowns
Mamelodi Sundowns have sacked leftback Siyabonga Zulu after countless alleged misdemeanours.

The latest episode, which is said to have been the final straw, was when a television crew from a show that tracks down fathers who neglect their children came to the club’s base in Chloorkop looking for him.

Zulu’s baby mama sent the crew of the show named No Excuse, Pay Papgeld at Sundowns’ headquarters last Saturday, but the former Bafana Bafana defender was nowhere to be found.
“That was the final straw. That was viewed as bringing the club’s image into disrepute and there was nothing else to do but release him,” said a source.
