Pirates striker on his way out of the club

A source close to Orlando Pirates striker Thamsanqa Gabuza has revealed to Phakaaathi that the Bucs striker is already thinking about life after Pirates.

According to the source, Gabuza reckons he no longer has a place at the club with a lack of games, a number of young players coming through and the criticism he always faces from the club’s fans due to his lack of goals.

“He knows his time is up at the club. Pirates are a completely different team with a lot of youngsters at the moment. And right now he is not playing regularly, that is why he is already seeking a future elsewhere.

“The best bet is that he will go back home to KwaZulu-Natal and play for Golden Arrows – he loves that team very much,” said the source.
