Mnyamane and co suspended for midweek games

The PSL on Monday confirmed the list of players suspended for the midweek Absa Premiership matches.


SuperSport United forward Thabo Mnyamane is among the players suspended for the next round of league action.

The in-form forward received a red card during Tuesday night’s 2-0 win over KwaDukuza United in the Nedbank Cup, will therefore miss Thursday’s Tshwane derby against Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus Stadium.

On Tuesday, Maritzburg United will be without Kwanda Mngonyama when they take on Orlando Pirates at Orlando Stadium.

On the same day, Free State Stars will miss Makhehleni Makhaula when they play Baroka FC at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Chippa United will also be without striker Lerato Manzini when they face Polokwane City.

On Wednesday night at Cape Town Stadium, Ajax Cape Town will have to do without the services of their midfielder Grant Margeman.

On Thursday, Cape Town City will travel to the Moruleng Stadium to face Platinun Stars without midfielder Roland Putsche, while Dikwena will also be minus suspended defender Sphamandla Mlilo.
