Egyptian school renamed after Mohamed Salah

A school in Egypt was renamed in honour of Liverpool star Mohamed Salah following his brace against Congo that helped the Pharaohs  book a place in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.


Salah opened the scoring in the 62nd minute before scoring a penalty in injury time to secure three points for Egypt.

According to KingFut the Gharbia governor Ahmed Deif made the announcement on Sunday that the school which Salah graduated from has been renamed after him for helping the Pharaohs qualify for the World Cup.

Egypt lead Group E with 12 points after five games. Denis Onyango’s Uganda are second with eight points, with only one game to play.
