Proteas ratings: Bavuma dishes up but Cook spoils the broth
We rate a South African side that struggled for consistency and certainly didn't fire on all cylinders against a determined New Zealand.

The Proteas claimed a fourth successive Test series win under captain Faf du Plessis on Wednesday with their triumph in New Zealand.
But it certainly wasn’t smooth sailing in a series that was eventually dogged by rain.
There are certainly some areas that coach Russell Domingo and co must still sort out.
