We parade every morning before our senior officers Lieutenant Colonels Malapane and Koma.
We expect them to raise relevant issues, but instead they abuse their authority and undermine us on a daily basis. Being intimidated and insulting does not allow us to carry out our duties to the public to the best of our ability.
Their utterances are frustrating and demoralising. They are so negative towards us and instil fear in us.
One can imagine how degrading this is on a daily basis to be called culprits.
That amounts to victimisations and un professionalism by our senior officers.
Union representatives collude with senior management in the police and do not serve the interest in their members.

* The complaint against the two senior police officers have been discussed with management, however, the anonymous police members failed to address their concern and frustration in the correct manner.
The police, like any other institution have protocol, rules and regulations and an internal legal process to follow when you feel grieved.
In terms of the Labour Law, members have a right to launch a grievance as an individual, collective or through their union representative.
It is unfortunate that members decided to make use of the media to raise their frustration. However, the matter is soul under investigation to resolve its amicable.
