Twelve acts, twelve hours for I Heart Joburg festival

The international line-up for the inaugural I Heart Joburg Music Festival, powered by 5FM and DStv, is complete.

Steyn Entertainment announced recently that Las Vegas-based rock band Panic! At The Disco and hip hop phenomenon T-Pain will be the final two artists to join superstars Jessie J, B.o.B, Jason Derulo and Fall Out Boy.

An additional six local acts are yet to be announced and will be chosen by the public in an on-air voter showdown on 5FM.

The I Heart Joburg Music festival is an uninterrupted 12-hour musical explosion dedicated to the beautiful city of Johannesburg.

T-pain burst on to the scene with his hit I’m Sprung and has since featured in over 50 chart-topping singles.

Some of his famous songs and collaborations include Bartender featuring Akon, Buy You A Drank and Can’t Believe It, featuring Lil Wayne.

T-pain recently came back from a hiatus with his new club single Up Down, featuring B.o.B.

Panic! At The Disco rose to prominence with their single I Write Sins Not Tragedies from their double platinum debut album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out. Their appeal was underlined by an MTV Video Award, among many others.

Panic! At The Disco are currently on tour with Fall Out Boy.
