Enjoy weekly timed running/walking events at Emerald

 
VANDERBIJLPARK. – Get healthy and enjoy the outdoors at a beautiful venue. Emerald Resort & Casino is now hosting myrun, free and safe weekly timed running events every Sunday morning at 08:00.

“Participants can choose to either walk or run the 2,5 or 5km course,” says Emerald Resort & Casino’s Marketing Executive Tanuja Gangabishun. “As a family destination, the Resort is perfectly suited to this type of event as it is open to everyone, including kids, and no matter the person’s fitness level.”

A timing band is required in order to have each run timed and to receive results for each event. Register on www.myrun.org.za to purchase a timing band before arriving. Upon registration, please ensure that Emerald Resort & Casino is selected as the venue. Arrive on the day at 07:30 with the QR code and the timing band will be available at the collection table.

Discovery Vitality members will earn up to 300 points for completing the 5km distance and 100 points for completing the 2.5km distance.
