Local businesses support SAPS

SEDIBENG. -  The Golden Triangle Chamber of Commerce (GTCoc) didn't think twice to extend a helping hand when SAPS Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging reached out to them for support during the Covid-19 pandemic.

They were in need of masks, sanitizer and gloves in order to stay safe while on duty.

“Today I am once again proud to be a member of the GTCoC. Several local business must be thanked for their willingness and support in the fight against Covid-19,” says Klippies Kritzinger, CEO of GTCCoc.

The contributing companies include:

Tyres for SAPS vehicles – Jaco Verwey (Julies Glas) & Tessa Pienaar (Mahindra Vaal)
Masks – Gerrie Booysen (Servest Cleaning)
Gloves – Hendrik vd Westhuizen (Erha Engineering)
Sanitizer – Cindy Niblett (Freedom Paper) & Chris/Liezl Viljoen (ValueClean) & Nicolene Venter & Suryn vd Merwe (Aloe Finesse Products), Elize Aucamp (Vaalpark Holistic Health), Julande Muller (Envision Centre).

Although they supplied much needed products to the value of R30 000, more support and donations will be needed for the full 21-day lockdown period. People who would like to support this cause can contact Kritzinger on 084 6530 211.
