According to police spokesperson Constable Busisiwe Sango, the remains were discovered by a passer-by who alerted the police immediately.
“Upon receiving the complaint, police rushed to the scene where they found the remains of an unknown person.
“Police are appealing to anyone who might be looking for a loved one to contact the police on 016 910 9046/7 or phone 10111.”
