The names, surnames and addresses are known to Vaalweekblad, but due to the nature of the incident, no names will be published.

The ordeal started in February when a woman spotted the neighbour living directly behind them watching her 9-year-old daughter in the pool, while pleasuring himself.

“He was on the roof, stark naked with sex toys and a big tub of Vaseline,” says the upset mother. She immediately contacted her husband. Her husband accompanied by two guards of Sekuriteit Sonder Grense arrived at the residence to witnesses this.

The neighbour was arrested and released on bail the next day. “The Courts regard this only as nudity as he was in his own yard. Our concern is that he may get desperate and scale our wall to get to our daughter,” says the worried mother.

To make things worse, the neighbour is now spiteful and intimidating by continuously going to the spot where he was caught in the act. This results in the family dog barking aggressively every time he is spotted on the roof.

The naked neighbour bought the house about 5 months ago, while the other family have been living in the same house for more than eight years. Their happy family home life have been turned upside down by this incident.
