THREE RIVERS. – Riviera on Vaal Hotel & Country Club is showing great initiative in creating new and exciting experiences! The Dinner Theatre will present a weekly show on Wednesday evenings in a private venue called On the Vaal.
Shows will run for three weeks and the first production, Just Vinyl, is a tribute to the greatest Vinal Hits in music history. The show features Monique Steyn, Anton Botha and Maryke de Kooker.
Here’s a special treat for senior citizens: A High Tea for pensioners and shortened Just Vinal daytime shows are planned for Wednesdays. The cost is only R100 per person!
Daniel Tharratt, the General Manager of Riviera on Vaal Resort & Country Clubs says: “We wanted the venue to remain intimate to create an authentic dinner theatre atmosphere. To obtain that, we have refurbished it to accommodate a maximum of 60 guests. Exciting menus are planned paired with Middelvlei and Riebeek Valley wines. “The launch was on Wednesday, September 8 and was fully booked. We wanted to introduce a fun and new concept to the region. And what can be more enjoyable than to relax with a good show, food and wine!”
