A Spokesperson for the SPCA Vereeniging & Vanderbijlpark writes:

While our team were busy conducting inspections in Sebokeng recently they came across a horse (photo) that was in desperate need of help.

The horse had injuries all over his body due to poor and incorrect harnessing.

With the assistance of the Highveld Horse Care Unit (HHCU) the horse was removed and now is receiving the necessary care and treatment.

We would like to thank the HHCU for their assistance.
