The community members were seen ‘cooling’ themselves in the dirty and muddy water inside the pothole, even going to an extent of sitting in it with camp chairs, swimming suits on and beverages in hand.

Their action, it is said, is meant in way to show government officials their plight of a lack of service delivery in their area while political party officials are all out, in full force campaigning for the upcoming local government elections.
