The Executive Mayor of Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) Councillor Sipho Radebe is inviting all Grade 12 learners within the Emfuleni Municipal area who wish to pursue their studies at any university and other institutions of higher learning, to apply for the Mayoral Bursary for 2022 academic year.

“Applicants must have Grade 12 with a minimum of a 70% average pass and admitted for their first year of study at a higher learning institution.”

Prospective applicants must be residents of Emfuleni.

Application forms are available at ELM offices and libraries from 08h00 until 16h00.
