SEBOKENG. – The Sedibeng K9 unit arrested two suspects on March 22 for the possession of drugs with a street value of R25 000.

The two suspects aged 23 and 28 will appear in court soon.  Sgt. Mathapelo Hlaele and Cst Lindokuhle Ngwane were performing patrol duties in Sebokeng when they noticed suspicious activity. A Silver Mercedes-Benz was parked on the side of the road opposite Zone 11.

After the officers found plastic pockets possibly containing Nyaope on the suspects they conducted a search of the vehicle and confiscated 490 ties (plastic pockets) of Nyaope.
