MEYERTON.- In it’s aim to improve service delivery, Midvaal Local Municipality recently acquired the first of its kind in Gauteng, an off-road fire truck.
The truck boasts a capacity for 22 firemen.
Mayor, Peter Teixeira said that the truck will go a long way in assisting firefighters with wild fires in rural and farm areas within Midvaal.
