New deliciousness on High Stakes’ menu at Emerald

VANDERBIJLPARK. – Emerald Resort & Casino is excited to announce the launch of a new menu for High Stakes Restaurant. It includes a luxurious Prawn-tail starter with a creamy cheese and garlic sauce and delectable Karoo Lamb Chops.

Chef Hendry Sono’s signature dishes are the Beef Fillet Tower which features his secret sauce and a Rump Gorgonzola with crispy bacon. Desserts include a South African staple like Malva Pudding and the less traditional Coconut Panna Cotta.

High Stakes also features a monthly Food and Wine Pairing, showcasing the best wines in the South African wine industry paired perfectly with a four-course dinner.

“My personal favourite is the Pan-Fried King Prawns,” Tanuja Gangabishun, Marketing Executive at Emerald Resort & Casino admits. “But, of course, there are so many restaurants here, choosing one dish from one restaurant hardly seems fair,” she concludes.

The recently opened Asian Restaurant Bai Jia Shan, offers excellent sushi and an extensive Chinese selection of dishes.

Cappello Vaal will have you struggling to choose only one dish, and Gas Monkey’s friendly vibe will always have you coming back for more.
