First Steps Kindergarten takes a step in right direction

It is wonderful to see how the local community takes care of its own. First Steps Kindergarten also believes in contributing to the local community.

VEREENIGING. – First Steps Kindergarten recently held a charity drive for the Eagle Wings Shelter, and on April 22 the donated items which included clothes, toys, and food were handed over to them.

The event was supported by Mrs. C.S Austin-Lehohla from the Department of Education – Sedibeng District Office.

First Steps hosts charity drives annually to help support the local community as they feel it is the school’s objective to ensure that they contribute to the local community.

“We as a school are thankful to everyone that participated in the charity drive as it surely has made a huge impact on the lives of those who have received the donated items,” Ryan Bartlett, HR Officer of First Steps Kindergarten.

First Steps Kindergarten recently held a successful charity drive. The items were donated to the Eagle Wings Shelter.
