One of several school news stories in this week’s Vaalweekblad (22 to 29 September).

These talented three learners of HS Sasolburg achieved various medals at the Talent Africa Regionals.

They qualified for Free State colours and will compete at the Talent Africa National competition in October.

Suné du Rand achieved (3 Gold and 3 High Silver), Marli Beckmann (1 High Gold, 1 Gold, and 2 High Silver) and Bernadine van Wyk (2 High Silver).

They also competed at the Euro Dance Competition on 19th August and received various medals (Suné 5 Gold and 1 Silver, Marli 3 Gold and 1 Silver, Bernadine 1 Gold and 1 Silver).

To top it off, they qualified for the International Dance Fest Novi Sad Finals which takes place in Serbia in March 2024.
