A Bingo-day for the elderly

The Rotary Anns of Riverside recently held a special morning for the elderly.

VEREENIGING. – The Rotary Anns of Riverside are known for their compassionate hearts. This group of ladies is always trying to help others in every possible way.

One of the things they love doing is treating the elderly on a day out. Recently they drove senior citizens from various centres for the elderly, as well as some living alone, and took them out for a fun morning of Bingo and treats at Herkies Pub and Grill in Risiville.

Rochelle Rode said the Anns were grateful for Ettienne and the Herkies staff who sponsored the venue, snack platters, and drinks. The Anns supplied sweet treats and prizes. The senior citizens enjoyed their day out immensely.
