Renaldo to perform at prestigious event
SASOLBURG - Renaldo has been working hard at his craft for several years, and his dedication is paying off.
This born and raised Sasolburger, who now resides in Pretoria, is part of the line-up for the prestigious Mopa Model Party 2025 to be hosted at the Time Square SunBet Arena tonight, April 25.
Renaldo, who is making a name for himself in the local music industry, recently started his own band.
Renaldo covers various genres such as pop, rock, and 80s music in English and Afrikaans.
He has won several singing competitions and shared the stage with other great artists, but the highlight of his career thus far was when he won an Afri-Indi award for best newcomer of the year 2022 and best pop single.
He has also won Afrikaans Op Die Platteland and was nominated for best newcomer at the Aitsa’s!
Last but not least, he recently made the top 10 contestants at Die Kontrak season three. This made him realise that he is getting there and his time to shine will come.
