Farzana needs help to feed feral cats

Farzana Ismail of The Feral Carer NPC opened her heart to feral cats in 2015 and, since then, it has snowballed into a mammoth task.

VANDERBIJLPARK – “It is often said that raising a child requires a village, but I firmly believe that it takes a community to support organisations like mine in this enormous project of transforming the lives of underprivileged community cats.”

But Farzana Ismail of The Feral Carer NPC fears that many people underestimate the magnitude of this undertaking.

She daily feeds approximately feed approximately 400 community cats at 48 spots across 25 colonies.

Taking care of these colonies is a huge task and therefore The Feral Carer cannot take in any cats and kittens from people.

“Every month is an uphill battle. The Feral Carer NPC is desperately in need of funds. Without supporters, I wouldn’t be able to continue with my rescue endeavors. Please consider donating and please know that your contributions are immensely appreciated at a time like this,” says Farzana.

Her monthly expenses are exorbitant as she visits the vet almost daily.

“Please support my cause by becoming a monthly donor. All funds received will be used for purchasing food for the ferals, veterinary visits for foster cats and kittens, much-needed supplements, purchasing of materials for feral shelters, and anything else that would make life a little easier for the precious kitties.”

If you would like to donate towards this worthy cause, donations can be made into The Feral Carer NPC account:
