Eight injured after motor-vehicle rollover

Cert SA reports that eight people were injured following a motor-vehicle collision on the R59.

MEYERTON. – Eight people were treated on the scene for minor to moderate injuries following a motor-vehicle collision on the R59 and Redan Road, Meyerton.

The incident happened on Monday, January 01. Cert SA reports that its Vaal Crew rushed to the scene and on arrival found that a vehicle had rolled.

“Multiple patients were ejected from the vehicle, and a total of eight people sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate.

“All patients were stabilized on scene and transported to a nearby medical facility by various ambulances.”

Midvaal Fire Department, Midvaal Traffic Department, Netcare 911, ER24 EMS (Pty) Ltd, and Gauteng Emergency Medical Services were present on the scene for further assistance.
