VBC makes a difference from A tot Z

It is a business-backed force focused on making a real difference where it matters most in the Vaal.

VEREENIGING – The Vaal Business Cooperation (VBC) is a non-profit organisation driven by action since 2019, built to uplift, protect, and strengthen the Vaal.

Founded on the support of local businesses, VBC has grown through the commitment of both larger contributors and the small businesses that stood behind it from day one.

Isabel Kruger

At the center of VBC’s daily operations is Isabel Kruger, the Operational Supervisor and one of the key people who keep the organisation moving forward.

Isabel is passionate, committed, and highly effective. She is the kind of person who does not let things stall. She gets things done.

Her role is critical in driving operations, coordinating efforts, and turning VBC’s vision into visible action on the ground.

You may well see Isabel and her team out in the community, whether repainting road lines, repairing potholes, running the Vaal CCTV project, or neatening up intersections.

She is hands-on, approachable, and actively involved in the work being done. If you do come across her on the road, feel free to stop by and have a chat.

Isabel Kruger is the VBC Operational Supervisor and has been actively involved with VBC for the past seven years.

Growing support

VBC already receives support from contributors such as MTEC, CBI, Sekuriteit Sonder Grense, and Eskom & Colts Group, together with the loyal backing of smaller businesses in the community since the inception of VBC.

That support has helped build a strong foundation. The next step is to unlock bigger opportunities by engaging larger untapped corporations that have the capacity to help VBC expand its reach and deepen its impact across the Vaal.

Why it matters

Supporting VBC is not simply a donation. It is an investment in a stronger, safer, and more sustainable Vaal.

It is backing an organisation that is rooted in the community, built on action, and driven by people who are committed to creating real results.

How to get involved

Whether through funding, sponsorship, partnership, or direct support, your contribution can help VBC drive real impact in the Vaal.

As a Section 18A-approved organisation, qualifying donations may be tax-deductible, and the relevant documentation can be provided to donors.
