M8 Birmingham City vs Derby County: Both clubs have posted a single victory in their past five outings. Birmingham have lost their last two home games to Derby, conceding seven goals.

M9 Lorient vs Lille: Lorient lost 4-1 the last time they hosted Lille, who went on to become French champions, in February. This season both clubs have five points from their opening four games.

M10 Sporting Gijon vs Leganes: Leganes sit in second from last place in the Spanish second division with only two points while hosts Gijon are top of the table with 10 out of a possible 12 points.
