Buy-to-let

Park Village Auctions (PVA) will soon bring to market two properties which should appeal to those seeking solid buy-to-let investment property opportunities.

That’s the latest news from the company which, in addition to these properties, has been instructed to auction a number of quality properties of late.

The first property to be auctioned is unit 150 in Sibiti Private Estate on Nerine Street in Witkoppen. The unit measures 93m2 and features a loft area complete with open plan kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms, a family bathroom, a tiled patio and carport. This smart, lock-up-and-go property will be auctioned on site on March 17 at 11am.

The next property to go under PVA’s hammer is a duplex at 56 Hawkes Nest, a security complex in the Eland’s Rock Nature Estate which is located on Irving Steyn Street and the corner of Paul Kruger Street in Johannesburg South.

The duplex measures 128m2 and offers an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen on the lower level and three bedrooms, and a family bathroom on the upper level. A double garage also features. This property will be sold on the March 18 at 11am.

Notes PVA’s Jaco du Toit: “Although both properties will suit buy-to-let investors down to the ground, they will also inevitably appeal to small families or couples looking for their first homes too. Both are neat, easy to maintain and lie within close reach of all major amenities, which given the recent increase in transport costs is an aspect many are now prioritising.”
