Function venue on the Vaal

A function and accommodation venue on the banks of the Vaal River in Loch Vaal will soon be brought to auction by Park Village Auctions (PVA).


The venue occupies holding number 48, Windsor Street, Kaalplaats, and comprises a small complex of buildings geared for low-key accommodation and function purposes.

The primary residence is an improved cottage featuring an enclosed patio, a study, an open-plan lounge/dining room, a kitchen with pantry, guest cloakroom and three en-suite bedrooms as well as a large loft area.
