Two properties offer quality

Park Village Auctions (PVA) will soon bring to market two quality residences in Meyersdal and Lenasia, respectively.

Situated at 7 Woodpecker Place, the Meyersdal property takes the form of a double-storey face brick home. Features include an entrance foyer, a guest bathroom, an open plan lounge and dining room, a kitchen with scullery, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a main-en-suite dressing room. The upper level located above the garage has been converted into four additional rooms that feed into a small communal lounge area and kitchenette. A double garage and domestic accommodation also feature. In total the property measures 770m2.

The Lenasia property can be found at 1 Shrike Street on the corner of Condor Avenue. A single-storey abode, 1 Shrike Street comprises an entrance foyer, an open-plan lounge and dining room, a prayer room, a kitchen with scullery, an enclosed patio, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single garage, an enclosed car port, domestic accommodation and an outside toilet. In total the property measures 503m2.

PVA’s Du Toit notes: “As is, both properties make for appealing family homes and could quite easily accommodate large, extended families. With the right modifications, the Lenasia property’s domestic quarters could be converted into a small lettable flatlet. The Meyersdal property is already geared along these lines, which should appeal greatly to those interested in making some extra money on the side. Ultimately, it all depends on the buyers and what they’re looking to get out of the properties. Either way, given their nature and location, we expect both properties to sell fast.”

Info:

> The Meyersdal property will be auctioned at 11am and the Lenasia property will be auctioned at 1pm on October 13.
