On August 20, Van's Auctioneers will sell four adjacent holdings and another two more holdings in the same area, located on the Western side of Kendal Forest Holdings.

Kendal Forest Holdings are at the heart of the Witbank coalfields and are approximately 35 kilometres west of Emalahleni (Witbank) and 33 kilometres east of Delmas along the N12 freeway.
The properties are within close proximity of the new Kusile Power Station as well as the established Kendal Power Station near Witbank. It is ideal for someone who is employed within the mining industry or for industrial business operations and truck yard facilities.
A number of agricultural holdings in Kendal Forest Holdings are used as truck yards for trucks that move coal to the power station and it is estimated that most property owners and companies in this area aim to provide a service to the power stations.
The four adjacent smallholdings have various improvements.
