‘The Single Wives SA’: New dating show for divorcees

Entries open today and close on November 22.

M-Net has added another popular international reality dating show to its local programming and is now looking for women who need another chance in love.

In The Single Wives SA, six women between the ages of 20 and 50 who have experienced divorce or widowhood will be given an opportunity to find love again.

M-Net’s head of publicity, Lani Lombard, said: “We are now looking for these extraordinary South African ladies who are ready to undergo an emotional and romantic transformation. Based on the original Australian format, The Single Wives SA will be a heart-warming show about hope, healing, learning, sisterhood and the journey of self-discovery, guided by a dating guru and relationship coach.”

The six women will live together over a six-week period. They will receive a crash course on dealing with truths about themselves, past heartaches, and the dating world to help them heal and prepare for the dating world.

They will then meet potential suitors on speed dates, dinner parties, and activities.

If you are single and have been married before and are looking for love, all you need to do is complete the entry form on the M-Net website and submit a short video entry. You must have a valid South African ID document and be available for filming between February 17 and March 27, 2020.

Entries open today and close on November 22, 2019.
