This may be Somizi Mhlongo’s new career move and one that is quite unexpected.
In true Somizi style, he posted a video of himself quad biking in Namibia on the popular dunes of the Namib Desert.
During an interaction with his bike instructor, who asks what Somizi does for a living, his reply was very funny.
The instructor assumed Somizi was a soccer player, asking: “Are you playing soccer, are you a soccer player?”

Somizi responds: “Yes I am a soccer player. From South Africa. I play for Kaizer Chiefs.”
The cookbook author then hilariously says he “chows” every team he plays against, including his friend Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize’s Premier Soccer League (PSL) team Royal AM.
He added that he beat Royal AM 4-1 and he “chows” other teams such as Orlando Pirates.
Watch Somizi hysterically trolling MaMkhize:
Somizi’s levity comes after MaMkhize’s money stunt grabbed South Africa’s attention this week.
After her team, Royal AM defeated Maritzburg United in the KwaZulu-Natal derby, MaMkhize and her son, chairman Andile Mpsiane, thought it was a great idea to hand out wads of cash, comprising R200 notes, to their players after the match.
The move elicited uproar and left a bitter taste in the mouths of PSL officials.
The league has now charged MaMkhize and Mpisane for bringing the league into disrepute.
However Royal AM chief executive Sinki Mnisi claimed the money was a donation to a struggling academy that he could not name.
