Diski Divas: Onward and upward for Wendy and Kat

Assault charges have turned to be a storm in a diva cup for Diski Divas Wendy Parker and Katlego Mohoaduba.

Wendy Parker and Katlego Mohoaduba are breathing sighs of relief after the assault charges brought against them by co-star Nonhle Ndala have been dropped.

The pair found themselves on the wrong side of the law after an on-air altercation with Ndala on Kaya FM earlier this year.

They were dismissed from the show and had to pay a visit to the police station after Ndala pressed charges against them – not a normal day out for a diva!

Both seem to have put the nasty incident behind them.

Parker’s spokesperson, Jarred Doyle of Jarred Doyle consulting, told The Citizen: “We are happy it’s all over and Wendy can now focus on a project close to her heart. We have great things planned and will share them with SA very soon!”

Mohoaduba took to Instagram today to express her happiness and gratitude to Parker: “My God is Good. Finally our court journey is over & we can move on to bigger things. I won’t lie though going through this experience has only strengthened me & shown me who my true friends are & has also shown me that not all your family members have your back Thank you Wendy for being my support structure we are sisters for life. Thanks to all my hunnies who have kept me in their prayer & supported me through this may God bless each & everyone of you #FreeOfAllCharges.”
