Run with Queensburgh Harriers

Join the Burra Bikini and Briefs Run and raise awareness about prostate cancer.

LOCAL running club, Queensburgh Harriers, has come up with an alternative prostate cancer run, seeing as the annual “Dare Devil” run will not be held in Durban this year.

The club is inviting all interested runners to participate in the “Burra Bikini and Briefs Run”, which will be held on Friday, 30 January. The race will start at 6pm at the Escombe Football Club and will be between 2 and 4 kilometres long. A donation of R20 per person is payable and will go towards raising prostate cancer awareness. Men must race in a Speedo, while women are encouraged to wear bikinis.

Bring your own meat for a braai after the race – the club will provide drinks. For more information contact Robin Archer on 082 905 6005.
