They married in an intimate ceremony last year.
A video of actress Lerato Nxumalo complaining about having to wash her husband’s underwear has sparked mixed reactions on social media.
The newlywed, who has generally kept her husband out of the spotlight, was captured during a live session doing laundry while holding his black underwear.
In the clip, Nxumalo rants about having to wash the underwear before tossing it into the washing machine, saying: “Why can’t you wash your own underwear? Boys are annoying. I have to put all the undies into the washing machine because I am not washing all his undies [by hand]. I am not crazy.”
The clip, which has since been widely shared online, drew mixed reactions. Some netizens said it was disrespectful to her husband, while others said it was playful.
“Showing it to us is wild,” one comment read.
Another said: “The kind of information you keep very far from the internet as a married woman.”

Lerato Nxumalo on having kids
In the same live session, Nxumalo also spoke about her fears of having children.
“I just feel like kids are a lot to manage, giving birth is painful and they are going to cut your vagina if the child’s head is big. I am scared,” she said.
She added that she is more concerned about postpartum side effects.
“People saying epidural, you won’t be able to have your senses back. If you move, you are going to be paralysed. Imagine me not moving,” Nxumalo said.
