Lydenburg Family Clinic cares for growing need in community
The Lydenburg Family Clinic was founded by Dr Lebogang Reneilwe Sengani in June 2022.

Sengani launched her first practice in 2015 in the Metropolitan Building (later moved to the Vodacom Building) in Lydenburg.

“The name ‘Lydenburg Family Clinic’ means we embrace and promise to take care of the whole family’s health needs. Our patients include newborns to grandparents. Our clinic provides affordable and quality healthcare to rural and semirural areas in Lydenburg. We strive to achieve the highest quality of primary healthcare services.

The services include preventative medicine, chronic disease management, diagnostic testing and advanced technologies. The goal of Lydenburg Family Clinic is to revolutionise the private healthcare delivery system in South Africa, by uniting the fragmented one into a more organised delivery model. In our facility we aim to provide world-class, affordable and accessible healthcare for the diverse community of Lydenburg. Our team consists of a general practitioner, gynaecologist, psychologist, physiotherapist and Men’s Clinic International,” said Sengani.

Dr Rachael Nchabeleng-Shibambu is a qualified obstetrician and gynaecologist, based in Mbombela. She is available to see patients at the Lydenburg Family Clinic twice a month.
