Join this spectacular race

The spectacular Buildit Graskop/Legogote/God’s Window 21km, 10km and 5km fun run race is hosted by White River Legogote Villagers and sponsored by Buildit Graskop. It will be held on Saturday October 5.

Starting time is 07:00 from the Graskop Caravan Park. It is and out and back race. The route takes the runners out along the Graskop-Ohrigstad road and then right into God’s Window where there is a seven kilometre climb to the top of the hill.

But what goes up must come down, and the downhill section is very welcome. Beware though, it is as steep and as long as the hill just climbed and can be quite hard on the body. It is a tough race but the scenery more than makes up for any discomfort. The views are spectacular and with some luck there will be some morning mist to cool you down.

It is a well organised race with good waterpoints and a lovely finish. Walkers are welcome. Category winners in the 10km and 21km will receive prizes and all finishers will receive a medal. Schoolchildren are encouraged to join us for the fun run.

Pre-entries will be taken as well as entries on the day at the start from 05:30 on the morning of the race. Grandmasters receive free entry. Walkers are welcome.
